Thinking through Weibel

Exhibition: November 2025

The exhibition Thinking through Weibel invites submissions of Augmented Reality (AR) or new media works for inclusion in its program. we are looking for new or existing works that engage with, respond to, or can be meaningfully situated alongside the life work of Peter Weibel. Submissions may address his artistic, curatorial, or theoretical practice directly, or they may open parallel, divergent, or contrasting trajectories.

We also welcome work that engages with text, language, the body, perception, identity, power, oppression and playful transgression.

Selected works will be presented as part of the exhibition in November 2025 and/or made accessible to visitors via QR code throughout the exhibition space.

What we are looking for

• Completed works or works in progress that can be exhibited by early November 2025
• Projects attentive to media, technology, language, politics, perception, play, or other concerns resonant with Weibel’s practice

Submission materials

• Project title and description (max. 300 words)
• Short artist bio (max. 150 words)
• Up to 3 images/videos and demo links (if available)
